Recently, one of Sutton Group-Select Realty’s agents, Dan Grantham, approached Dylan with the desire to support a local youth service organization, Youth Opportunities Unlimited (YOU). Since 1982, YOU has been a beacon for youth in London and Middlesex County, guiding them toward success. Approximately 3,600 youth, aged 16 to 30, access YOU’s wide range of services each year. Whether it's providing basic needs and housing, facilitating access to physical, mental, or dental healthcare, or offering education and employment support, YOU is dedicated to helping youth lead positive and fulfilling lives.
For over 20 years Dan has been on the board of directors for YOU. With his experience as a real estate agent, Dan has helped the organization purchase properties retrofitted into affordable housing for youth and young and expecting mothers. His deep involvement has significantly expanded YOU's capacity to provide stable living environments for those in need.
Eager to contribute to this vital cause, Dylan donated $1,000 to Youth Opportunities Unlimited.
“We’re proud to continuously support local organizations in London that are doing such important work for our community,” says Dylan.
Sutton Group-Select Realty has also been a committed supporter of the Children’s Miracle Network, making annual donations to fund critical healthcare services for children. These donations have helped support life-saving treatments, innovative research, and essential medical care for children in need.
Beyond healthcare, Sutton Group-Select Realty recently extended its support to an exceptional young athlete from the London Devilettes elite hockey team. At just 15 years old, this talented player has shown remarkable achievements both athletically and academically. She served as captain of the Devilettes Under-15 team and has now advanced to the Under-22 elite level. Recently, she traveled to Los Angeles for tryouts, with aspirations to play NCAA Division 1 hockey and pursue a medical doctorate in cardiology.
“She’s an extraordinary young athlete, and we’re proud to support her in any way we can,” Dylan shares. Through the combined efforts of Dylan and his team, they’ve raised over $2,000 to assist her in achieving her goals.
Dylan emphasizes the importance of giving back to the community and is committed to expanding Sutton Select’s support of local organizations each year. With the help of his dedicated team of agents, Sutton Group-Select Realty continues to make a meaningful impact in London and beyond.
