Geoffrey Cheney has been helping his clients make more satisfying and profitable real estate decisions for over 10 years. Starting his real estate career in Toronto allowed him to hone his skills in the city, before moving back to his beloved home town of Stratford. With his in depth knowledge of Stratford real estate, he knew that Huron Perth and the surrounding neighborhoods would be a place where he could both thrive as a REALTOR® and also raise a family.

Practicing both residential and commercial real estate, Geoff works with a broad range of clients. From first time home buyers looking for their dream home, to negotiating large commercial real estate deals. One of his specialties is working with clients looking to acquire investment properties in Stratford that will yield a considerable return. He’s able to leverage his understanding of construction and design to educate his clients about the process and costs involved.

Geoff is passionate about what he does and genuinely cares about his clients and putting their best interests first. He firmly believes that a huge part of the value he brings is his tireless work ethic and constantly aims to go above and beyond for each and every client. This includes leveraging creative marketing techniques to provide maximum exposure to his client’s listings.

In his spare time, Geoff loves to be active throughout the community. You might find him cycling around Stratford, at the tennis courts, or playing at the park with his wife Rebecca, daughter Vivienne and son Hendrick. He also actively supports local fundraising efforts for the Stratford All Wheels Park and other local charities.
